Abstract
Effects of light,temperature,GA3 solution and NaNO3 on germination of B.falcatum L.seeds were investigated.The callus of B.falcatum were obtained by young stem and leaves.The results indicated that the optimum temperature for seeds germination was 20℃.Seeds germination rate in light conditions was higher than that of in dark.GA3 had no much impact on seeds germination.Seeds germination rate in the nitrate of soda solution soaking for 12 hours was higher than soaking for 24 hours.The callus induced from stems and leaves showed light yellow and light green,slow-growing respectively.
