Abstract
The effects of NaCl solution and the interaction with ABA on the seed germination,seedling growth and cell membrane permeability of alfalfa were studied.The results showed that low concentration of NaCl solution(under 0.3 percent)Promoted the seed germination,root growth of Radicle.50mmol/L NaCl solution was beneficial to plant height,aboveground biomass before twenty days,but more than 50mmol/L could reduced the plant height growth and the accumulation of aboveground biomass.The cell membrane permeability increased under the NaCl solution.The effect on inhibiting the height and aboveground biomass and increasing the cell membrane permeability were all Weaken with ABA.the function of 10×10-2mmol/L ABA was more obvious than that of the 5×10-2mmol/L.
