Abstract
Canada enjoys an advanced higher Education system,which is unique in such aspects as independence in school operation,performance of educational management,open education and etc.In line with the situation of higher education in Henan province,we can learn from the experiences of Canada such as setting up and completing management system macro-controlled by government and independent managing system and institution-construction by high schools,establishing investment system which have multiple channels,implementing the strategy of education prior,so as to improve Henan's higher education continually and rapidly.
