La formation professionnelle duale en Allemagne ne saurait fonctionner sans l’engagement des acteurs représentant le monde professionnel. Entreprises, associations professionnelles, chambres consulaires, organisations syndicales sont partie prenante au même titre que les ministères fédéraux et les ministères des Länder en charge de la formation et de l’éducation. La coopération tripartite est en fait une coresponsabilité établie législativement. Cet article donne un aperçu des différents domaines d’action et de responsabilité des acteurs du monde professionnel.
