Abstract
Silicon rubber adhesive has excellent heat resistance,cold resistance,weather resistance and electrical performance;it is stable for ultraviolet and ozone effect.It is widely used in electric appliances,automobile,mechanism,construction and medical treatment etc.The modification research on silicon rubber mainly includes structural modification of polysiloxane,synthesizing and selecting new adhesion promoter,adding some auxiliary agents etc to improve its adhesion performance and gain other properties.The species,properties and applications of silicon rubber adhesives are introduced in this paper,and the progress of studies on modification of bonding performance,electrical and heat conductivity and mechanic properties are also summarized in this article.
