Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In this paper,Irre- transgenic rape seedlings under quartz sand culture was employed to investigate the Cs uptake and effects of Cs stress on MDA content,Pro content,SOD and POD activity. The results showed that the uptake of Cs in transgenic and non- transgenic rape increased with the increase of concentration and the Cs content in their roots more than that of their over- ground parts; the Cs uptake in transgenic rape roots was more than that in non- transgenic rape roots, but the Cs uptake in the over- ground part of transgenic rape was less than that of non- transgenic rape. The activities of SOD and POD in transgenic and non- transgenic rape were increased firstly and then decreased with Cs concentration increase. The SOD and POD activity of transgenic rape seedlings was higher than that of the non- transgenic under four different Cs concentration treatments. The MDA content in transgenic and non- transgenic rape leaves was increased, but the MDA content in transgenic rape seedlings was lower than that in non- transgenic rape under all the treatments. The proline content in rape leaves under four treatments also increased, while transgenic rape produces proline content more than non- transgenic rape. These results from above suggested that IrrE- transgenic rape has better ability to tolerance Cs stress when rape is in Cs stress.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
