Abstract
OBJECTIVE To develop the new kind of drug-releasing system containing colloid solution of compound Menispermum dauricum extract(CMDE) for the treatment and prevention of HPV,and to explore the molecular mechanism of anti-HPV.METHODS The colloid solution containing total alkaloids of Menspermum dauricum,bombyxmoril′s compound amino acids and minerals including Cu2(OH)2CO3 and borax was prepared.The fluorogenic quantitative PCR was used to detect the antiviral effect by determining the HPV-DNA amplification.RESULTS The colloid solution of CMDE(1 g·mL-1) and 10-1 diluted drug(0.1 g·mL-1)greatly inhibited the quantity of HPV-DNA with the amplification of(1.5±1.0) copies·mL-1.Compared with the negative control groups,there were signicant difference between the two groups(P0.01).CONCLUSION The colloid solution of CMDE had a great potential anti-HPV by decreasing the duplication of HPV.
