The artistic disposal of environment,namely the environmental artistic design,is the bridge to connect the human spiritual civilization and material civilization.To make the environment artistic is the efficient means to improve the human living condition and to create the perfect harmonious social environment,which will surely connect closely with the human life.Indubitable,Improve the EnvironmentandCreate the Environmentwill become the universal keystone of the construction of human culture in 21st century.
