Abstract
Objective To investigate hemoperfusion(HP)with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP) intermediate syndrome(IMS) of the occurrence and prognosis.Methods HP group(n=49)PAM,hydrochloric(PHC) acid detoxification penehyclidine was done on the basis of HP Canada;The control group(n=49) received detoxification and comprehensive treatment.About the IMS,the incidence,duration of mechanical ventilation,PHC dosage,serum ChE and the cure rate were analyzed.Results The incidence rate of IMS was 42.8% in HP group,and the control group was 44.9%,there were not distinct changes from control group(P0.05).The IMS rate following acute phorate poisoning was higher than other OP.There were not distinct changes in HP group and control(P0.05)about ChE、PHC capacity、mechanical ventilation time or survival rate.Conclusion HP can not reduce the AOPP in patients with severe IMS incidence and mortality,IMS types were associated with the OP.
