Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective: To compare the general information, fund resources, service contents, patients’ entry requirements and staff salary of two long-term nursing homes in China and Canada, and analyze the difference between these two patterns. Method: The authors collected data by visiting Li Guoxian nursing home in Canada and Guangxi Chongyang senior apartment. Results: After comparing the two patterns between China and Canada, we found that they were similar in their service objective, contents, and general operation system. But in the aspect of the welfare, privacy, patients staff ratio, patients’ entry requirements and payment schemes, there were obvious differences between these two programs. Conclusion: Nursing homes in Canada express equal and standard senior-care. But in China, we need to continuously improve long-term care system and regulation, encourage nurses engaged in this career, and promote harmonious development of long-term care.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
