Clinical Observation on Effect of Deep Electroacupuncture on Jiaji Points on Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of deep acupuncture of Jiaji points by electroacupuncture for Lumbar Disc Herniation. Methods:Eighty patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 40 cases(deep acupuncture of Jiaji points by electroacupuncture)and a control group of 40 cases(conventional acupuncture of Jiaji points by electroacupuncture). The simplified McGill pain scales before and after treatment of the two groups were evaluated. Results:The curative effect was better in the treatment group than that in the control group(P0.05).The scores of PRI,VAS and PPI of the simplified McGill pain scale were reduced in the two groups(P0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group(P0.05),the pain score VAS was obvious in the treatment group at the same time(P0.01).Conclusion:Deep acupuncture of Jiaji points by electroacupuncture has good effect on analgesia, and is one of the effective therapeutic methods for Lumbar Disc Herniation.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
