Abstract
The influence to the germination of micro-endosperm super-high-oil corn by different treatments was studied.The results showed the time desiccating in the sun could significantly influent the germination of micro-endosperm super-high-oil corn.The best treatment time was two days.Get rid of the testa could significantly increase the germination energy and the germination percentage,and the influence was more greater to the seed with lower germination percentage than to the seed with higher germination percentage.At the same time,rindless seed could take more disease.No significant correlations between the germination and the rind thickness but high significant and negative correlations between the conductance and the germination were found in different ravieties.seed soaking and sowing depth had significant influence on germination energy but no effect on germination rate.so,we should take the pre-sowing treatment and shallow sowing in practice.
