Abstract
Effects of storage temperature and seed moisture content on seed vigor of tall fescue were studied.The results showed:Storage temperature and seed moisture content both could influence the seed vigor of tall fescue.As the storage period extension,the vitality of tall fescue seed declined.Within the storage temperature-15 ℃ to 15 ℃,the seed germination rate,germination index and vigor index were high relatively.The tall fescue seed through ultra-dry treatment at different moisture content between 1.77%-8.11% which germination rate,germination rate index,vigor index,seedling weight and other indicators had no significant difference.
