Abstract
Food corporation(quality) management is a required course for food science related majors.In order to improve the quality of teaching,to cultivate the comprehensive ability of the students,the case teaching has been applied to the course.Through three stages of teaching mode including the choice of teaching case,classroom discussion,summarization,the conversion of the role of teachers and students in the classroom is realized,classroom atmosphere is active,the students' interest in learning is stimulated,the comprehensive quality of teachers is improved,and good teaching effects is obtained.
