Abstract
The article introduces the application of Bus Departing Electronic Bulletin Board which is applied in public bus terminals to automate the daily operation management of bus routes. It is a computer-based electronic device that not only display lattice Chinese characters on the electronic bulletin board but also broadcast the detailed routes of departing bus in speech. It describes the application of a window-based simulation program, which manipulates the bus routes information and generates voice broadcasting as well as the textual lattice Chinese characters display of departing buses. The ultimate re-sults will be transmitted to the bulletin board in the forms of voice text.
