Abstract
The author studied on the seeds germination characteristics of Atractylodes japonica koidz.The results showed that the water content of seeds was 11.57%,it had better water absorption;Seed vigor,tested by TTC dyeing,showed a relatively high seed vigor(98.00%);The optimum temperature for seeds to germinate was 15 ℃;The filter bed was better for seeds to germinate;Frozen processing and 20% PEG-4000 solution treatment had stimulative effect on the germination of seeds,the seeds germination rate and sprout potential reached to 76.00% and 70.00% respectively at the conditions of frozen processing,100 mg/L GA3 had not stimulative effect on the germination of seeds.
