Abstract
The quality of Network Management System (NMS) design is the important to efficiently performed of the Network.. Aiming at the problem of the development efficiency,the detailed analysis of the insufficiency of general technology was presented taking Microsoft MFC library for the development of NMS as an example. Then IPWorks was introduced to design and develop of NMS. After researching the developing principles and the key technologies of NMS based on IPWorks in detail,kernel functions of NMS were realized with IPWorks,which testifies that this technology can enhance the accuracy of the design efficiency and the development of NMS.
