Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the posterior anal expansion within the Canadian mixed hemorrhoid ligation outside the stripping effect of treatment of circumferential hemorrhoids.Methods:posterior anal expansion within the Canadian mixed hemorrhoid ligation stripping outside the ring hemorrhoid treatment of 206 cases.Results: 206 patients were followed up for an average of 23 months after surgery,groups of hemorrhoids prolapse,blood in the stool of 99.7% efficiency.No postoperative anal stenosis,anal margin of edema complications.Conclusions: anal plus posterior expansion within the strip bar mixed hemorrhoid treatment external hemorrhoid ring is simple,safe and effective to reduce the circular hemorrhoids anal stenosis,anal margin of edema complications.
