Abstract
This article has deduced on the relationship between gravitational constant and photon energy,and has researched the relationship between gravitational constant decrease and photon physical mass m,frequency v,Planck constant h,Vacuum permittivity e0 permeability of vacuum μ0.The proof indicates that photon physical constant is variable with gravitational constant decrease.And new physical conception about super light velocity of the quasi-stellar object spectrum and the photon fission is proposed.
