Abstract

Purpose:To investigate the effect of Bo's Abdomen Acupuncture on treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:To use simplified McGill Pain Questionnaire(MPQ) as the objective measurement in evaluating the clinical effect of Bo's Abdomen Acupuncture on 63 cases with cervical spondylosis.Results:Significant difference(P0.001) is shown in all items in MPQ before and after Bo's Abdomen Acupuncture.The overall effectiveness is 96.8%,8.3% of recurrence in 3 months and the number of days for recovery is 5.6 days on average.Conclusion:Bo's Abdomen Acupuncture has good and quick therapeutic effect and lower recurrence in treating cervical spondylosis of neck type.
