Abstract
For the design of easy-operated organic firming foam maker which can meets the demands of the coal mines,Laval Nozzle was simulated by computational fluid dynamics software firstly.It is demonstrated that the maximum relative negative pressure is-12 200 Pa,forme 0.002 5 m away from the nozzle throat with an inlet velocity of 3 m/s.According to the simulation results,the foam maker system is designed and then simulated using mixture model when the resin and vesicant solution pipe were held 30°,45° and 60° angles to the negative x-axis simultaneously.The results show that at a 60° angle,the solution can be mixed with air more uniform and the pipeline shock is small.The organic firming foam maker with the best foam effect is designed through research.6figs.,4tabs.,7refs.
