Abstract
The paper analyzes influence of coal mining on groundwater quality,water volume and water balance and etc.According to the Technical guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Groundwater Environment (HJ610-2011),it discusses relative issues about evaluation of groundwater environmental impact.Meanwhile,it puts forward technical method of coal mining environmental impact assessment that is based on Ⅱkind of project.The evaluation class is Class 2 or over,if necessary,on characteristic and influence factors,make partition assessment: pit(Ⅱ) and barrow(Ⅰ).When choose monitoring and evaluation factors,it should make a comprehensive consideration of conventional index,national and local control pollutant index and coal industry characteristics pollution factor and so on.
