Abstract
To stitch 3D fabric composite perform,a novel stitching method using a stitching system which composed of automatic arm-and-hand and one-sidestitching mechanism is presented.A kind of one-side-stitching mechanism based on slider-crank mechanism,cam gear mechanism and four-bar mechanism is developed for the system.The working principle and the method of design are introduced.Complex arithmetic vector is applied to kinematics analysis.According to the analysis result,the stitching mechanism fits design demand.
