Serious bad loans are the same as deflation, and it is one of the important causes that cannot cany out economic recovery in Japan for a long perioyd of time. By long-term cooperation of the Japanese government, bigbanks, and the Bank of Japan, etc. , Japan almost complete cleans up its bad loans, and has greatly improved the finance of economic recovery, and monetary environment in the 2005 first quarter. The strategy and the methods that Japan takes to clean up bad loans can be used for reference.
