Electric quantity of accessorial machines is the biggest electro-user in a power plant. Rational application of electricity is important for economic target for a power plant. So all the power plants make a statistic for the electric quantity of accessorial machines. But there are a lot of equipments, distributing is extensive, workload is so much, cycle is long, errors is evidence and practicability is not famous.
