Abstract
To investigate the effects of temperament and home environment on infants' development. Infants' temperament and development were assessed by chinese infant temperament scale and development screen test,and a questionnaire about home environment was designed for this study. Infants' MI and DQ at 6～9 month correlated to their activity and intensity of reaction positively and correlated to mood negatively; MI and DQ related to training of motor ability, outdoor activity and language communication between mother and infant.Furthermore, there was interaction existing between dimensions and factors of home environment relating to infants' development.Multiple regression showed that MI related to infants' intensity of reaction and language communication between mother and infant;DQ related to infants' intensity of reaction,mood and training of motor ability et al. [Conclusions] Infants' temperament and home environment interacted mutually and affected infants' development together.
