Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To observe the features of cognitive function impairment in old patients with subclinical hypothyroidism(SHT).Methods Fifteen old patients with SHT and the serum thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) concentration was between 5 to 10 mIU/L underwent the tests of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),recognition of computerized words and non-meaning delineation and Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices. The results were compared with the control group. Results SHT group manifested poorly in total scores of MoCA and words delayed recall, nomination as well as recognition of words and non-meaning figures in comparison with control group, the difference of scores were statistically significant(all P0.05).Conclusions Cognitive dysfunction in old patients with SHT mainly lies in memory, which indicates the selectivity of the cognitive impairment. The individualized decision for therapy should be made.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
