On Police Intervening and Interfering with Domestic Violence: the Experiences of Several Countries and Regions and Their Lessons

Abstract
This article analyzed the model and experience that the police in the region of the United States,Canada,the United Kingdom and China's Taiwan intervened with the domestic violence and thought that public security organs should actively intervene and interfere with domestic violence,and play an important role in the work against domestic violence.The article advocated that we should establish a model that the multi-agency cooperated to prevent and combat domestic violence with public security organs as main body.Drawing useful experiences and practices from other countries and regions in police interfering with domestic violence,this article brought forward positive countermeasure that police prevented and cured domestic violence.
