Abstract
Determined the formaldehyde migration in different kinds of food simulants under different use conditions by the acetylacetone spectrophotometry.Analyzed the data and summarized the migration rule.Under the same use condition,the formaldehyde migration in acidic food is the the biggest among the different food simulants.In the same food simulant,the formaldehyde migration increases with the contact time and temperature;The migration of formaldehyde increase with repeated use,and increase rapidly after the surface was attrired.The migration under microwave use condition is much bigger than conventional condition,and its surface is easy to be damaged.
