Abstract
For the aid of a profound learning and the correct application on 2010 International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms(Incoterms 2010) by international trade staffs,through a comparative analysis on Incoterms 2000 and the newly issued and effective taken Incoterms 2010,with the revised version background,the paper discusses and explores the practical meaning in the future international trade development.Combined with the present application problems during the work by the trading corporations,specially for a better performance in practice of their work with the trade terms of Incoterms 2010,this paper aims at enhancing a better knowledge and flexible application on Incoterms 2010 by the trading staffs,thus,to avoid more conflicts,reduce the trade risks and protect a better performance in trading from any problems happened at early stage.
