Clinical Application of Histamine H_1 Receptor Antagonist in Our Hospital During 2003~2007
Bibliographic record
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application status and development tendency of histamine H_1 receptor antagonist in our hospital.METHODS: The histamine H_1 receptor antagonist used in our hospital during the period 2003-2007 were analyzed statistically in terms of drug variety, consumption sum,DDDs and DDDc etc. RESULTS: The consumptive sum of histamine H_1 receptor antagonist increased year-on-year over the five years, with that of the second filial generation far exceeding that of the first generation.Cetirizine, loratadine, and levocetirizine dominated the first 3 placed on the DDDs list. The average DDDc was comparatively stable over the 5 years.CONCLUSION: The second filial generation of histamine H1 receptor antagonist has become the dominant antiallergic drugs due to its advantages of safety, high efficacy and less interaction with other drugs. The study on modified dosage form of the traditional histamine H_1 receptor antagonist and the histamine H_1 receptor antagonist with more reliable safety remains to be done.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
