With the combination of documentary analysis,questionnaire investigation,and statistics analysis,this research conducted a profound and extensive investigation with attention to the effect of Sports on the university student in western areas in a sample of 240 university students in the Bijie university in Guizhou province.The results of this study can be concluded as follows: Most students think it is necessary to develop Sports.A quarter of the university student is in top condition.Most of the students suffer from fatigue after exercises.The Sunlight sports make most of the students like physical education class more,they increase the consciousness of health care,physical quality and the number of extracurricular activities.Their health is greatly improved.The most important function of the Sunlight sports is to work out.National traditional sports not too widely developed within the campus.
