A handwriting storing and processing system based ActiveX is presented in this paper. It include handwriting collection, handwriting storing, stroke rendering, stroke antialiasing, handwriting processing and saving modules. We also extend Wu antialiasing algorithms to the thickness of three pixels and four pixels for stroke rendering. For synchronizing the paper document and electronic document, the size of system interface is designed equally to the paper of A4. When users write in the paper using handwriting pen, the handwriting stroke is written in electronic document simultaneously on same position. Inserting handwriting into word is also designed to satisfy all demands.
