It has important significance to study on the pollen viability determination and storage on the cross breeding research for related species.No any reports have been reported about pollen viability determination and storage of Acacia crassicarpa.In this paper,through the comparison of pollen tube method for the determination of optimum conditions,to carry out the different activity of A.crassicarpapollen germination and pollen storage method of screening for a certain period of time the activity series of research,has established the A.crassicarpapollen effective activity determination method and the best technology system,and the effective method of storage,for further development of A.crassicarpahybrid breeding and laid an important foundation by artificial pollination in development of breeding.
