Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of knife needle combined with intraarticular injection in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly assigned to receive knife needle and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate(n=40) or intraarticular injection only(n=40).The patients were assessed with Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC) Osteoarthritis Index 2 weeks,4 weeks and 3 months after treatment. Results The WOMAC scores were reduced after treatment in both groups(P0.05 or 0.01),but the value of reduced WOMAC scores after 4 weeks and 3 months of treatment in knife+intraarticular injection group was more than that in intraarticular injection only group(P0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of knife needle combined with intraarticular injection is better than that of intraarticular injection only in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
