Study on NaCl+Boric Acid Solution Overcoming the Self-incompatibility of Brassica oleracea L.
Bibliographic record
Abstract
In the study, the SI(self-incompatibility) plant stigmas of Brassica oleracea L.was treated by different consideration NaCl+ boric acid solution separately, then autocopuated at different time, and then observed the treated stigmas by means of fluorescent microscopy. The result showed that the best solution concentration was 5%NaCl+0.3% boric acid. The average compatible index in flower stage was higher than 4.5.And the effect was related to the time of pollination after treating. The best effect of pollination was the SI lines treated after half an hour, and the compatible index decreased after treated an hour.Fluorescent observation showed that treated with 5%NaCl+0.3% boric acid, the amount of callose in surface cells of the stigma and the incompatibility showed decreasing tendency. Most of the pollen grains were able to germinate and the pollen tubes could elongate.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
