Abstract
Haploids,which were induced from 28 different genetic backgrounds,were used to study on the double effect by using 0.06% Colchicine Treatment.Two methods,including the entire immersion and the buds soaking,were performed to investigate the double effect.The results indicated that The difference of the survival rate,pollination rate and the seed setting rate of haploid plants treated by different colchicine dip bud methods in 3 years,reached significant or extremely significant level.The buds soaking can significantly reduce phytotoxicity and shorten the resting time,which survival rate,pollen appearance rate and the setting rate were 1.5 times or so as the buds soaking method,and which pollen appearance rate and the setting rate were more than 2 times and 4 times respectively.
