Abstract
The paper makes an empirical study on the relation between M2(broad meanings of monetary supply) and the real estate price from the first quarter of 2000 to the first quarter of 2006,and then evaluates the regulating effects of monetary policy on the real estate price.It is concluded that the monetary policy of the central bank absorbed the surplus liquidity of the financial market,and retarded the up rise of the real estate price,but it could not get ride of the too-hot of the real estate market.Utilizing many kinds of regulating policy is needed.
