The world population mobility is more frequent in the global situation;the immigration administrative work is confronted with this greater challenge.Canada is an old immigration nation.Because of the historical tradition,Canada adopts the techniques of civil law system and common law system,its immigration law system is perfect.The experience of Canada should be used for reference to China's immigration administrative work.The paper studies the immigration law in Canada in order to find out the characteristics,explore the advantages and disadvantages,enlighten the train of thought and serve the construction of Exit-Entry law in China.
