With the breakthrough in Canada and the United States that measures does not apply to non-market economy countries,China's export products undergo Counter-veiling measures investigations.China's export products face the implementation of the new trade protection measures-a lot from Counter-veiling measures investigations.Potential risks are gradually changing for the real threat.For this reason,Counter-veiling measures investigations abroad should seek the response.This article analyzes subsidies from the basic concept,the experience of China's Counter-veiling measures investigation on the basis of the reason,and pointed out the lack of China's current legal systems related to Counter-veiling measures.Meanwhile,some suggestions are made for China's response to the upcoming massive Counter-veiling measure investigations.
