Abstract
Ultrasonic extract a sample,ion chromatography method for the determination of tobacco in seven inorganic anion of the new method.System of the ultrasonic extract samples,RP-removal treatment before the sample matrix in the coexistence of the components of the interference,eluent concentration,flow rate the best experimental conditions.The detection limit of 0.002 0 mg/L-0.206 9 mg/L,a correlation coefficient of 0.998 7-0.999 9,the relative standard deviation(RSD) for the 0.54 %-13.01 %,plus the recovery of 92.10 %-107.18 % meet the test requirements.The improved method is sensitive,accurate and simple with small amount of reagent,broad detection and short testing time.
