Abstract
This paper illustrates the components of intellectualized system of residential quarter,probes into the problems existing in current intellectualized construction of residential quarter,puts forward some countermeasures that should be adopted,and emphasizes that the future intelligent construction should be adopted,and emphasizes that the energy saving must be promoted in the future intellectualized construction.
