Abstract
Implementation for the third generation of multimedia recording and broadcasting system design and development is put forward in the network environment,using the one-thirds frequency recording and broadcasting mode. The use of the three-tier architecture design pattern is proposed logically,the distributed approach is used in software architecture design.The system integrates the video of a teacher's lecture,the students video and the scene of the multimedia presentation together organically. It restores the real classroom scenarios in the greatest extent,so that people can watch immersive.
