Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective Morphological changes are explored during the development of nephron for fetal Meriones meridianus. Methods The renal corpuscles and tubular of fetal Meriones meridianus are observed and measured by light microscopy and microscopic measurement techniques at different growth stages. Results Compared with day 1,thickness ratio of renal medulla and cortex were increased significantly( P 0. 01),whereas no significance was observed after 7 days( P 0. 05),and the value achieved 4. 88 at 32 days. There were four stages during the development of renal corpuscles of fetal Meriones meridianus( comma-shaped bodies,S-shaped bodies and renal corpuscles of stage Ⅲ and IV). The number of renal corpuscle were increased at day 7( P 0. 05),and stabilized after 7 ~ 32 days. Compared with day 1,the diameter of renal corpuscle and glomerulus of kidney were increased significantly( P 0. 01),whereas no significance was observed after 7,14,21 days( P 0. 05); Compared with day 21,the diameter increased significantly( P 0. 01) after 32 days. The diameter of the various renal corpuscle gradually increased( P 0. 05),and the significance was observed after 14 days. Conclusions There was a small amount of Ⅲ and Ⅳ renal corpuscles in kidney of fetal Meriones meridianus at day 1. The number of renal corpuscle would achieve the maximum value after 7 days. The diameter of renal corpuscle and glomerular in the kidney of fetal Meriones meridianus reached a peak value at day 7,and remained stable from day 7 to 21,and then increased again after 32 days. This variation might be related to the function of original urine filtration of renal corpuscle to adapt arid environments. The diameter of renal tubular increased significantly at 14 ~ 32 days, the function of renal tubular and renal glomerular were further improved. In cortex, there were juxta medullary nephrons and mid-cortical nephrons which had longer Henle's loop; The number of proximal convoluted tubule in section of renal cortex tubules was higher than distal convoluted tubule; Thickness ratio of renal medulla and cortex for fetal Meriones meridianus was large with long medullaryloop, and had a strong ability to concentrate urine to adapt the arid environment.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
