Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective:To analyze the requirements of occupational activities of 120 earthquake wounded persons, and observe the effectiveness. Methods:The occupational activities of the 120 earthquake wounded persons were assessed by Canadian Occupational Performance Measure on the admission and in the discharge, including self-care,manufacture and leisure. According to the assessment results, rehabilitation plans were made up,and prosthesis was installed. The performance and satisfaction of occupational activities were evaluated. Results:On the admission, the frequency of demand for self-care activities was higher than that of manufacture and leisure activities (P0.01). After rehabilitation treatment for an average of 55.2 days, the total scores of the performance and satisfaction of the occupational activities in the discharge were significantly higher than those on the admission (P0.01). Conclusion:Canadian Occupational Performance Measure can confirm the occupational activities that need urgent solution on the earthquake wounded persons, guide the clinical treatment, and at the same time evaluate the rehabilitation effectiveness.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
