Abstract
Some experience and effects of environmental protection in Canada are introduced in this paper.According to the environmental protection requirements of the economic and social development during the new era and the status of environmental protection in Heilongjiang,a few suggestions,which could be learned by Heilongjiang or China,were put forward in this paper.
