Abstract
This paper introduce the procedure design of IETM for teleservice system of CNC Machine Tool. And it mainly explains the design of database and DTD.It takes the advantages of xml in information communication and data conversion by inserting a middle layer between the database and users. Finally it implements. Finally it puts forward two interactive ways, human—computer interaction and interaction of other application programs accessing IETM.
