Abstract
The objectives of bilingual education are different in different countries.The objective of bilingual education in America and Canada is to promote the unity of nationalities while it is to enhance national comprehensiv competitive abilities in China.Under the macro-objectives,we should properly deal with the relations between micro-objectives so as to promote bilingual education.
