Abstract
A contact resistance measure system was designed based on visual basic 6.0 and the products of Advantech.The system consisted of pressure controlling,temperature controlling,contact resistance measuring and data acquisition unit.Contact resistances can be measured continuously under the controlled temperature and pressure which simulating resistance welding condition and the results were shown as a waveform dynamically.It provided hardware for the analysis of the contact resistance in different surface states.
