On initiative consciousness of women teachers in universities in respect of their participation

Abstract
This article illuminates the fact that the women teacher of college did not fully participate in their profession. The reason lies in that women teachers have the weak initiative consciousness. Our conclusion bases on the data of Chinese education profession statistic annual of 1980-1999 and examines women teachers' status quo which women study is investigated by the international study group from China ,Canada and the women study center of Wuhan University. Meanwhile, the article puts forward that it is necessary and the initiative consciousness. Consequently, the women teacher can fully participate in their profession.
